We accept requests to cancel or modify an order within 6 hours of a successful purchase. After this period, the order may have already entered production and cannot be altered or canceled.

2. How to Submit a Request

To cancel or modify your order, please email our support team immediately at support@sevenflips.shop with the following details:

  • Subject Line: Please use "Order Cancellation - Order #[Your Order Number]" or "Order Modification - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  • Body: Include your full name and the specific details of your request (e.g., cancellation or the exact modifications you need).

3. Modification Options

Within the 6-hour window, you may request the following changes, subject to feasibility:

  • Changes to the shipping address.
  • Updates to customization details (e.g., names, dates).
  • Changes to product size or color.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 6-hour timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

5. Requests After the 6-Hour Window

Requests sent more than 6 hours after ordering cannot be accepted. If your order has already entered production, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for a possible resolution once you receive the item.
